A live map, not a list of promises: statuses are honest, progress is eyeballed, there are no deadlines. The data lives in data/roadmap/.toml — edit the file, and this page, along with the "in progress" strip on the home page, updates itself.

#How it works

The roadmap is data, not markup: both the "in progress" blocks and the queue are read from the site's data/roadmap/<lang>.toml. The rules are simple: no dates — status and progress are more honest than deadlines that slip anyway; what's started gets finished before anything new gets picked up; the queue is intentions, not commitments, and its order can change.
